Berlage, a students’ edit
The Academy of Architecture in Amsterdam is celebrating its 100th birthday this year with the exhibition ‘Plan Zuid, in bewerking‘. The exhibition displays works by students of architecture that have responded to the 1915 urban development project ’Plan Zuid‘ by infamous Amsterdam architect Berlage.
The opening of the exhibition will be at De Verdieping today at 4.30 pm, with a public discussion and an introduction to the show. More information on this can be found there. Later on tonight, from 11 pm onwards, De Verdieping will host a small gathering of architecture, alcohol and aquacrunk, with DJs Aardvarck, Cinnaman and Juha, as afterparty of the nachtsalon.
